Returns & Exchanges

At Kidsland, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, so if a fit isn't perfect, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
